~ This is the song that reminds me of a time in my life when I had everything I wanted or at least thought I had , but then I let my life take a turn because I just lost my way an didnt see the values anymore that I once had. I didnt take life to heart anymore as I should have. I let the things of this world take over my life. When i grew tired of that life style that I had put myself in an wanted out, there was noone there for me. Not a friend(true friends because the ones I had were not) nor was there any family member or relatives there either. I grew tired of the lifestyle an I wanted out , especially then since I had lost everything I ever worked so hard to have ( money, home, an even someone I thought was love) . I came across a complete stranger, an elderly lady, who reached out her hands to me an took me in an made me feel like a person again. She let me know that I wasnt alone an I would climb that ladder again. For this lady I am dearly grateful. She had even took me into her home as if I were her son an she cared for me. The elderly lady is passed on now but she was truly an angel sent to me to bring me back to where I need to be.
Through all the turmoil of that transition in my life I found the one person back in my life who truly loves me an shes been there since that time, This woman , whom also is my mother( I Love You Mom), brought me back home an has helped me an filled a void in my life. We lost my dad some yrs ago(2002) so she too is alone as far as having a companion , but we have each other an that counts for a lot.
We both depend on one another to keep us going an though we are alone so to speak I know that someday the right one comes along for everyone. You just know when that happens even if there are circumstances. ~
~ Today , I look back on my life, even though I've made a lot of mistakes in mine I am much stronger for those mistakes for they all have helped me to grow one foot closer up that ladder. ~
~ Isn't it nice to have friends ? Ive come across some really good people on the computer(here on Sing Snap, Yahoo, Paltalk ,MySpace,HoverSpot, and a few other places) as well as some in person in real life too.~
~ Take today my friends an let someone you know, or care about, whether it be loved ones or friends, let them know you care an your thinking about them. A true gem is having a friend you can turn to when you need someone. ~
